The British International School Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a Student Support Assistant to join our AEN Team. This is a learning support role within a well-established and supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.

About the Role

The Student Support Assistant role consists of supporting pupils with AEN needs across the school.

As a Student Support Assistant within the AEN team you will provide targeted support both in and out of the classroom adapting resources assisting with differentiated instruction and fostering a welcoming inclusive environment where all learners can conjunction with the Head of Inclusion you will assist in the development and delivery of a suitable programme of support both within the classroom and on a one-to-one basis.

Successful candidates will be fluent English language speakers. Fluency in an additional language would be an advantage. Experience of working in a school environment would be desirable as would degree-level education.

Applicants should submit a CV letter of application and the details of two professional referees one of which should be your current line manager.

Interviews will be conducted in school.
