Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Sr. Project Manager Civil for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution site operations stakeholder coordination and successful delivery of large-scale civil construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall project execution for high-rise building projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules budgets quality standards and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications safety standards and contractual requirements.
- Manage project resources manpower planning and site operations effectively.
- Identify project risks delays and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Oversee procurement coordination technical submissions and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget and quality standards.
- Support team development leadership and performance management across project teams.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution construction management and site operations.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of project planning budgeting quality and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet strict deadlines effectively.
