Sr Contract Specialist

• Conduct meetings with concerned departments and/or program/project teams to discuss the customer requirements and/or interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI to gather the technical requirements of the requested services and provide high level risks associated with pre- contract award administration.
• Participate as a member in the Tender/Bids Opening, Evaluation and Negotiation Committee and provide Contract life-cycle management support for the projects undertaken by the organization.
• Analyze the final scope of services, identify contract administration risk and manage the implementation of risk mitigation measures specific to technical & commercial aspects.
• Finalize technical & commercial terms & conditions for customer and supplier contracts/agreements in coordination with Program/Project Managers and Finance Department.
• Participate in meetings with customers and suppliers to negotiate the technical & commercial contract with the concerned Program/Project Managers, Senior Legal Counsel and Finance Department.
• Ensure effective management of all relevant contract related correspondences and documentations as per the quality management and information security policy.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Contract Management/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Legislative Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of contract management experience in public/private sector organization
