What’s on Your Plate?

  • Manage day to day vendor operations tasks and keep ownership of supporting back office tools while delivering on agreed KPIs
  • Define and execute steps to achieve performance improvement, managing the work-flow in a end to end manner
  • Improve vendor training quality, introduce new training modules
  • Scheduling assigning and carrying out training with restaurant partners, troubleshooting and technical support
  • Developing action plans with the department manager to address weak areas in need of improvement
  • Work alongside regional logistics and country sales teams on actions and activities to drive vendor operations forward
  • Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs
  • Drive key projects through end to end project management for operational improvement across vendor onboarding and performance areas
  • Be hands-on with related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.
  • Manage a team of operations coordinators and ensure the best output for the operations and onboarding function

What did we order?

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
  • 3-4 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
  • G-suite and MS Office suite skills and Data Interpretation Skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress
  • A motivated team player and supports Vendor operation function overall objectives by going the extra mile
  • Knowledgeable in operations and performance-related tasks
  • 3-4 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new environment and systems
  • A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make-it-happen attitude
