Job Description

- Assist in completion of Audit Plan by providing data analytics reports on a timely basis
- Ensure Internal Audit particularly the data analytics capability is contemporary and innovative to drive efficiency and quality of service
- Ensure the scripts identify genuine exceptions are factually correct and are relevant to drive efficiency and identify cost savings revenue enhancement and improved customer service opportunities
- Provide data analytics support to business operational units which are perceived to add value to the business enhance INA service encourages management to seek Internal Audit advice on risk control matters and use data analytics capability
- Ensure assigned planned time allocation to data analytics is effectively used
- Conduct audits assigned per the agreed scope and timelines For audits under direct responsibility
- Raise observations that help business drive efficiency improve revenue or cut costs
- Ensure observations are supported by facts drafted per departmental standards and agreed with management
- Conduct periodic follow up to ensure audit observations are implemented and o Conduct audits which are perceived to add value to the business
