Role Overview
We are representing a fast-growing UAV and surveillance technology solutions provider working across the UAE GCC and Africa. The company is seeking a Solution Engineer Public Safety to design and implement integrated solutions involving drones CCTV command systems and AI-enabled surveillance.
This role requires a strong blend of technical know-how (Linux coding system integration) and domain knowledge in public safety law enforcement or emergency response technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy public safety use cases involving drones CCTV thermal imaging and integrated monitoring platforms
- Configure and troubleshoot Linux-based systems servers and networked devices
- Collaborate with product sales and operations teams to develop customized client solutions
- Write basic scripts or integrations to connect UAV platforms with third-party safety systems
- Conduct live demonstrations pilot projects and field implementations for government or security sector clients
- Deliver technical documentation solution proposals and post-sales support
- Stay current with trends in emergency response technology UAV command centers and surveillance analytics
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electronics Robotics or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in a public safety surveillance or system integration environment
- Proficiency in Linux OS system administration and coding/scripting (Python Bash or similar)
- Hands-on experience working with CCTV systems drones command centers or integrated security platforms
- Familiarity with networking protocols real-time video feeds and IoT security hardware
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical needs into scalable field solutions
