Social Media Lead

• Develop and implement a social media strategy through, benchmarking, platform determination, research, audience identification and messaging.
• Create regular and meaningful content for all social media platforms, including editing, publishing and sharing content to boost engagement and inspire the target audience to book tickets.
• Develop editorial calendars and flat plan across for all the company attractions.
• Develop meaningful connections and and build influencers database
• Staying current on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
• Define, implement and oversee the most vital social media KPIs.
• Brief third party social media agency with monthly campaigns and tactical.
• Develop briefs and communicate to agencies and ensure delivery of content plans on time.
• Ensure that all completion reports per month are shared.
• Ensure all assets for campaigns follow the brand guidelines
• Can use phone editing tools to create social media content on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Support the marketing team with miscellaneous requests.
  

Skills& Competencies

• Fluency in social media: Hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends.
• Excellent communication skills: Solid writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills with a strong sense of who the segment audience is and how to meet their needs.
• Computer and design skills: Experience using Photoshop is an added plus.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
