- Plan CRM strategies that are designed to attract and retain customers while expanding and boosting the brand’s reach and customer loyalty.
- Create CRM campaigns and other contents as part of a wider marketing campaign to learn more about their target audiences and how to best cater for their needs.
- Analyze CRM performance by looking at key metrics like CTR, CVR, and Open Rate to best communicate how this company's products might enhance its productivity.
- Work with the creative team to develop inspirational content and newsletters.
- Liaise with other departments to create a CRM strategy that works across the board.
- Write and translate various data from a range of different communication channels, including a company's website, telephone, email, live chat, marketing materials and more recently, social media
- Prepare weekly reports on NPS and properly monitor and manage the customer’s feedback
- Analyze customer data collected through multiple sources and present it so that business managers can make more informed decisions
