Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Workshop Mechanic
Location: UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Candidate Nationality: Arab Indian or Pakistani
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the workshop team of 4 mechanics
Plan and supervise daily repair and maintenance activities
Repair overhaul or replace diesel engines and transmissions
Diagnose and repair engine electronics and faults
Perform vehicle safety inspections
Manage and execute preventive maintenance programs
Run diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Replace defective or malfunctioning parts
Maintain accurate service records and daily fleet checklists
Ensure a clean safe and organized workshop
Requirements:
510 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
Strong experience with Mercedes Volvo and MAN trucks
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Indian Arab or Pakistani nationality preferred
Proven leadership and team management skills
