Senior Urban Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Urban Designer to lead the planning design and delivery of high-quality urban environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping sustainable inclusive and commercially viable developments working across multidisciplinary teams on complex urban projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead urban design projects from concept through to detailed design and implementation
• Develop innovative masterplans public realm strategies and urban frameworks
• Ensure design excellence aligned with sustainability livability and client objectives
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers and wider project teams
• Translate strategic visions into practical deliverable urban design proposals
• Contribute to feasibility studies site analysis and development strategies
• Prepare design guidelines codes and planning documentation
• Act as a key point of contact for clients consultants and government authorities
• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support business development activities including proposals and pitches
• Work closely with architects planners engineers landscape architects and other disciplines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across projects
• Contribute to integrated design solutions across mixed-use developments

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Urban Design Architecture Urban Planning or a related field
• Typically 8 years of relevant experience in urban design or masterplanning
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex urban projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design masterplanning and built work
• Experience working in international or multidisciplinary environments is preferred
