Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical roadmaps for power electronics and hardware design
- Lead the design and optimization of advanced DC-DC converters inverters and motor drives for high-efficiency applications
- Drive advanced typologies for energy management high-performance devices and compact system designs
- Oversee circuit design and PCB development ensuring signal integrity thermal efficiency and manufacturability
- Utilize simulation tools to model and analyze system behavior and validate designs
- Lead prototyping efforts including power system validation and rapid iteration to meet system-level requirements
- Oversee integration of power electronics with motor systems and sensors in electro mechanical designs
- Conduct comprehensive hardware/software testing including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations and field testing
- Ensure compliance with industry standards reliability benchmarks and EMC/thermal performance requirements
- Develop and optimize advanced motor control algorithms
- Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations for continuous system improvement
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to align power electronics design with overall system requirements
Mandatory Requirement
Must have prior experience working on Defense sector projects this is a hard requirement not preferred.
