Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer (Site Operations) with extensive experience in site operations particularly in high-rise tower projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering coupled with hands-on experience in site supervision and design coordination. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in ensuring the structural integrity and success of iconic projects in the region.

• Site Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of structural site operations including coordination with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and project schedules.
• Site Supervision with Design Experience: Lead site supervision activities conducting regular inspections to monitor construction progress quality of workmanship and adherence to engineering standards. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
• High-Rise Tower Experience: Bring expertise in the design and construction of high-rise towers with a deep understanding of the unique structural challenges and requirements associated with tall buildings. Implement best practices to optimize structural performance and mitigate risks.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design team to coordinate structural design activities with site operations. Review design drawings specifications and calculations to ensure constructability and alignment with project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold structural integrity and ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and regulations. Conduct inspections and audits to identify and address any non-conformities or deficiencies promptly.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement. Lead by example in promoting safety innovation and professionalism on-site.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 13-15 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on site operations and high-rise tower projects.
• Proven track record of successful site supervision and project management in the UAE preferably with renowned developers or engineering firms.
• Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis software and design codes relevant to high-rise construction.
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must have Site operation experience.
• Must have consultancy experience.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
