The Senior Specialist – Instruction is responsible for supporting in the development, coordination and delivery of professional development programmes and activities for all HCT faculty in the area of instruction. He /she ensures that all trainees (faculty) are receiving the correct training, experience and mentorship to adequately teach students and meet the needs of HCT.
