Senior Solutions Engineer

To conduct business and technical requirements analysis, translate business requirements into technical solutions, transfer technical knowledge to interested parties, provide support for production systems, technology projects and changes as well as support the project manager and supplier management to ensure timely and high quality delivery of projects and systems support.

Responsibilities
1. Project management
Contribute and support the Scrum Master and Technology Product Owner in delivering technology enabling change projects and delivering IT deliverables at a high priority or strategic level for the technology area relevant to project/agile management principles to ensure compliance with ADCB standards. Participate and contribute to business requirements analysis, Request for Quotation (RFP) process, project approvals and assist the Project Manager in the overall project management of overall project delivery to ensure business expectations are met. Review solutions provided by suppliers against project requirements, assist the business in understanding system functionality, coordinate project delivery and change, testing and deployment to ensure a smooth and problem-free transition into the production environment.
2. System administration
Manage production applications and systems, analyze incidents and resolve issues, provide solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to deploy fixes, test and implement releases in production in order to streamline banking operations and provide uninterrupted customer service.
Coordinate and support problem management, change management, IT health checks, capacity planning, patch deployment, risk analysis, and system integration, to ensure that the bank's technology systems are secure and robust.
3. System development
Mentor team members in the areas of application design, programming concepts, database design, web application deployment, integration and configuration methods to ensure compliance and accuracy.
