- Develop and execute a comprehensive emerging technology strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
- Continuously assess emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, machine learning and augmented/virtual reality for their positive impact on the business
- Lead research and development efforts to prototype, test and validate emerging technology solutions for integration into business processes and products
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors, startups and strategic partners to access cutting-edge solutions, tools and expertise
- Manage the budget for emerging technology initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate emerging technology trends and developments to senior leadership and employees, promoting a culture of technology awareness and adoption
