Corporate Relationship Management: In coordination with his manager, maintain liaison with key banks and other sources of market information to secure transaction referrals and support targeted business growth
Transaction Origination and Structure: Assist in originating, underwriting and structuring profitable syndicated loan transactions in order to achieve a successful financial close.
Create pitch books, conduct price comparisons and coordinate with relationship managers to jointly submit proposals and win mandates
Syndicated Loans and Distribution: Assist and lead (as required) the syndicated loans process – distribution strategy, distribution mandates, bookkeeping and successful distribution implementation. Preparing pooling/selling and underwriting opinions for loans. Establish and maintain relationships with syndicated loan offices of local/international banks and other syndicated loan investors.
Secondary Markets: Establish and maintain relationships with secondary loan offices of local/international banks and loan brokers. Closely monitor the secondary market for any buying/selling opportunities. Update RMs regularly with opportunities. Executing secondary transactions (preparing and executing secondary loan documents; coordinating with ADCB operations teams to ensure timely settlement).
Transaction management and execution: drafting, reviewing and negotiating term sheets, letters of authority, letters of invitation, information memoranda and other documents related to syndicated loan transactions to ensure effective execution of deals
Policies, processes, systems and procedures: Adherence to all relevant organizational and administrative policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in accordance with the required standards and in a consistent manner while providing the required level of service to customers and stakeholders
Self-management: Self-management, in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure commitment and maximize contribution to business performance.
Customer Service: Demonstrating our promise and applying service standards from Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank to provide the levels of service required of the bank in all internal and external customer transactions.
