He/she will be responsible for welcoming patients on arrival and provide guidance in terms of directions and routes
He/She will be responsible for collecting frontline feedback from all OP patients
He/ She will be responsible to capture Google Reviews from Patients
He/she will be responsible for educating patients on the OP feedback mechanism and also their rights and responsibilities
He/she will be responsible for liaisoning between various departments and the patients appointments
Guiding the patients to the right department and doctors as per the appointment schedule
Maintaining patients information in compliance with the privacy policy
Assist duty manager and ops manager from time to time on operational issues
Updating a ready reckoner on daily basis on the appointments scheduled for the day
He/she should be well versed with the doctor’s catalogue under various specilaities
