Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports.
Provide assistance with employees’ queries and any issues related to the Human Capital department such as visa, medical tests, insurance, business cards, company phones, company housing, relocation and intercompany transfers.
Participate in the implementation of action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations.
Support the Human Capital function in the employee performance appraisal process.
Gather business unit’s news, events and other occasion for organizing, editing, proofreading and coordination of articles for quarterly release of corporate newsletter.
Support Human Capital department with any recruitment activities when required.
Report any incidents that might interfere with the operations of the company.
Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Capital.
2+ years' experience with Human Capital.
Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
