Senior Associate - Energy

• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, valuation models, and other investment metrics to evaluate the attractiveness of potential investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials to support investment recommendations.
• Participate in due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to support the transaction execution process, including deal structuring and negotiation.
• Mentorship of junior team members
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Must be based in the GCC already
• Will have a total of 4-9 years of relevant work experience - this will be entirely at a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank, or a combination of previously being at a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank and now a Top Tier Private Equity Firm
• Will have deal experience (M&A) within the energy/renewables/power/teleco/industrials sector, having worked on multiple transactions
• Will have an excellent academic track record from top-tier institutions
