Role: Security Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Role purpose:

• Security Specialist role is to manage and coordinate security-related operational activities across ADIBs network ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements effective engagement with government authorities and seamless support to business functions.

• This position is for UAE Nationals only.

Key accountabilities of the role:

Permits & Government Coordination:

• Arrange and manage all required permits for works across ADIB locations through full coordination with internal business units and relevant government authorities (e.g. Police SIRA) ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements.

Police Approvals Management:

• Handle the end-to-end process of police approvals for ADIB branches including document review submission and follow-up ensuring timely issuance and compliance.

Alarm User Management:

• Coordinate and manage branch alarm user updates across ADIB network including:

• Liaising with business units and police authorities

• Updating records in relevant systems/portals

• Ensuring 100% compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the key coordination point between ADIB and security government entities ensuring effective communication timely resolution of requests and alignment with compliance standards.

Security Operations Support:

• Provide day-to-day support on security-related matters across the ADIB network to ensure uninterrupted and compliant operations.

Previous experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Operations role.
