We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience to drive new client acquisition and promote our HR staffing and cloud-based ATS solutions across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through cold outreach LinkedIn networking and referrals.
Schedule and conduct meetings to present HR solutions and service offerings.
Generate qualify and nurture leads using LinkedIn and sales engagement tools.
Maintain updated sales pipelines reports and MIS data.
Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to meet monthly targets.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Banking IT Telecom FMCG or HR Services.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and digital prospecting.
Knowledge of CRM/sales engagement tools is an advantage.
UAE market experience preferred.
