We are a global leader in technical plastics for the lighting industry. Our new Dubai office will serve as a central hub coordinating with European production teams and international partners.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Sales Order Processing Coordinator (Sales & Logistics Coordinator) to be the first local team member in Dubai. You will support European sales manage order processing and logistics and help build our operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate sales orders in ERP (J-Karat).
- Manage invoices shipping and documentation.
- Liaise with customers European teams and global partners.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.
- Track and report sales and logistics data.
Requirements
- 4 years in sales/order processing ideally B2B industrial.
- Knowledge of incoterms and payment conditions.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; J-Karat experience is a must.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural environment.
