We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in selling recruitment and staffing solutions. The role is purely revenue-focused responsible for aggressive business acquisition and development and consistent achievement of goals.

This position is not delivery-focusedit is for a hunter who thrives on closing deals building pipelines and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing contract staffing executive search RPO and bulk hiring solutions
  • Identify qualify and close mid to large enterprise accounts
  • Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closure.

Client Engagement

  • Understand client hiring needs budgets and timelines to position the right staffing solutions
  • Negotiate commercials contracts SLAs and payment terms
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Market & Revenue Growth

  • Track market trends competitor activity and pricing benchmarks
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.

Requirements

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 810 years of sales experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower consulting
  • Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
  • Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially sharp with strong business acumen.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New client acquisitions
  • Average deal size
  • Client retention & repeat business
