Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen market presence within the luggage and travel accessories sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail and distribution sales team leadership and strategic business development across the UAE/GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets
  
• Manage and expand retail wholesale and online distribution channels
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers distributors and corporate clients
  
• Identify new business opportunities partnerships and market segments
  
• Lead mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement
  
• Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activities to support business decisions
  
• Plan and execute promotional activities campaigns and product launches
  
• Coordinate with procurement logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
  
• Prepare sales forecasts budgets and regular performance reports for management review
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Sales or related field
  
• Additional certifications in Sales Retail Management or Business Development will be an advantage
  
• 510 years of proven sales experience within luggage bags travel accessories or related retail industries
  
• Strong experience in UAE/GCC retail and distribution markets
  
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams
  
• Strong understanding of retail wholesale and distribution operations
  
• Experience with sales forecasting budgeting and reporting
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
  
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
