You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers this role you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in Lebanon. Based in Beirut the candidate will play a critical role in managing and developing distributor relationships ensuring market growth and driving revenue. This is a dynamic position for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the sales process market dynamics and distributor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor in Lebanon.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide regular training support and performance feedback to distributors.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market conditions.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Lebanon.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Market Development:
  • Drive the expansion of product presence in the assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights for business planning and forecasting.
• Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to regional leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain finance etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years in sales preferably in FMCG consumer goods or distribution-focused roles.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic is essential; French proficiency is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and drive results.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the sales landscape in Lebanon.
