Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients particularly in the hotel sector.
- Oversee CRM systems and ensure effective tracking of sales activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales management preferably within the furniture curtains or carpets market.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Salary: 7000 AED 9000 AED per month
- Vehicle allowance: 1500 AED
