As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market presence.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
