Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with quotations proposals and order processing.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM systems.
Prepare sales reports dashboards and follow-up trackers.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Assist in managing client communication and appointment scheduling.
Track outstanding invoices and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely collections.
Ensure timely documentation and order confirmations.
Qualifications/ Competencies
Bachelors degree in business management marketing commerce or related field.
MBA or other advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and CRM tools.
Minimum Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination administration or customer service.
Experience in logistics or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
