Runners

Our client is a leading casual restaurant based in Dubai are looking to hire a team of Runners.

Responsibilities:

• Food and Beverage Delivery:
  • Quickly and accurately transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guests tables.
  • Ensure that food is delivered in a timely manner and at the correct temperature.
• Support for Servers:
  • Assist servers with additional tasks such as refilling drinks clearing tables and resetting table settings.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Guest Interaction:
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
  • Provide information about menu items and answer basic questions.
• Cleanliness and Organization:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area including wiping down tables chairs and other surfaces.
  • Keep service areas including the kitchen pass and drink station clean and organized.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule that may include nights weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand walk and carry items for extended periods.
