Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager to join at 5-star Hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality excellent leadership skills and a strong background in food and beverage operations. As the Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and lobby lounge ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant and lobby lounge operations including budgeting inventory management and staff scheduling
- Train develop and supervise a team of servers bartenders and other restaurant staff
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the companys standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and lobby lounge
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent service standards and product knowledge
- Prepare and present reports on restaurant and lobby lounge performance to upper management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu planning cost control and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations and laws
- Fluency in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary: AED10000 plus service charge
