1. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
2. Following call center scripts when handling different topics.
3. Identifying customers needs clarify information research every issue and providing solutions
4. Take opportunities to upsell products when they arise
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
7. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
8. Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
9. Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals.
10. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and ... guidelines; recommending improved procedures
