- Review all relevant documentation for students regarding their dietary needs, issues and related medical concerns utilizing a holistic approach
- Work closely with the Director of Dining and with a transdisciplinary team of professionals to develop nutrition plans, goals and strategies based upon the individualized needs of each student, all to empower the student to further their own self- and health care
- Participate in treatment team meetings, as needed
- Build relationships with students to perform assessments, understand their need/preferences .
