Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all aspects of sewerage rehabilitation projects on-site.
Ensure that construction activities comply with project specifications design documents and safety standards.
Monitor project progress track timelines and ensure completion within budget and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors consultants and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections quality control checks and risk assessments.
Prepare and submit progress reports technical documentation and as-built drawings.
Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory approvals including TAQA requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1520 years of relevant experience with proven involvement in sewerage rehabilitation projects.
Strong knowledge of construction management quality control and civil engineering principles.
Familiarity with local regulations and approval processes particularly TAQA approvals.
Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead on-site teams and ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Certifications/Approvals:
Approval from TAQA is mandatory.
