Required Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and project cost estimates
- Review engineering drawings technical specifications and contract documents for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare tender documentation and evaluate subcontractor quotations to ensure value and compliance
- Coordinate closely with project managers site engineers consultants and suppliers to align commercial and technical requirements
- Manage variation orders progress claims and payment certifications in line with contractual obligations
- Perform site measurements and verify completed works to support accurate financial reporting
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date commercial records and project documentation
- Support procurement activities and assist in contract administration and negotiation
- Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and on schedule with strong financial oversight
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Required Skills:

Required Education:
