We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and project cost estimates
Review engineering drawings technical specifications and contract documents for accuracy and completeness
Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare tender documentation and evaluate subcontractor quotations to ensure value and compliance
Coordinate closely with project managers site engineers consultants and suppliers to align commercial and technical requirements
Manage variation orders progress claims and payment certifications in line with contractual obligations
Perform site measurements and verify completed works to support accurate financial reporting
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date commercial records and project documentation
Support procurement activities and assist in contract administration and negotiation
Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and on schedule with strong financial oversight
