Job Summary
Summary: The HVAC Project Engineer plays a critical role in the successful execution of HVAC and MEP projects across the UAE ensuring seamless coordination compliance with safety standards and on-time delivery within budget. This position requires a highly experienced professional with deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems and extensive on-site project management expertise. The engineer will lead all aspects of project implementation from initial planning to final commissioning acting as a key liaison between clients consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all HVAC project activities from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with project goals
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems including ducting piping ventilation and air conditioning units
- Coordinate with MEP teams suppliers subcontractors and consultants to ensure seamless integration and progress
- Review technical drawings project specifications and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor project timelines budgets and quality standards implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Conduct testing commissioning and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare and maintain detailed project reports schedules and documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE safety regulations industry standards and project-specific guidelines
- Support timely and cost-effective project delivery through proactive planning and risk management
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and MEP projects within the UAE
- Proven track record in managing large-scale HVAC installations and site coordination
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems ductwork piping and ventilation
- Excellent understanding of UAE construction regulations safety standards and project documentation
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken); proficiency in English is essential
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD Revit) is highly advantageous
Required Skills:
Bachelors in Accounting / Finance 25 years UAE experience preferred IFRS VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge ERP & Excel proficiency Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
