Required Civil Engineer

About the Role

As a Civil Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities coordinating with project teams ensuring quality standards and supporting the successful completion of projects within deadlines. You will work closely with consultants contractors and site staff to ensure smooth execution of all engineering and construction operations.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling construction projects independently and capable of solving technical challenges efficiently on-site.

Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Civil Engineer
  
• Total 8 years of overall experience in civil construction and engineering projects
  
• Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress
  
• Coordinate with consultants subcontractors suppliers and project teams
  
• Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications
  
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety regulations on-site
  
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
  
• Assist in project planning scheduling and execution
  
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions
  
• Monitor manpower materials and site productivity
  
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deadlines
  
• Support project documentation and reporting processes
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and regulations
  
• Good communication and leadership skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD construction drawings and project documentation
  
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  
• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred
