Job Summary
- Lead the execution of daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy timeliness and consistency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support project planning implementation and delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Continuously evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements
- Provide timely updates to supervisors and stakeholders on project status and operational metrics
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members when needed
Requirements
minimum 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Proven attention to detail strong organizational abilities and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within team settings
- Basic understanding of compliance safety and quality management principles
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
