Job Summary
- Lead and manage the financial strategy planning and reporting functions across multiple entities and business units.
- Oversee financial structuring capital allocation and investment evaluation to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Drive M&A activities including due diligence integration planning and post-transaction performance monitoring.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver business transformation programs with a strong financial foundation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards internal controls and financial reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
Requirements
1520 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with a strong track record of leadership in complex multi-entity and diversified business environments.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Head of Finance or Finance Director.
Demonstrated experience in investment-driven holding company or multi-industry organizations with strong exposure to financial structuring mergers & acquisitions (M&A) business transformation and strategic investments.
Professional qualifications (CA CPA ACCA or CFA) preferred.
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
