Job Summary
shaping decisionmaking driving financial discipline and translating complex operational and financial data into clear insights that influence strategy performance and growth.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver clear concise reports and dashboards that translate data into strategic insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Drive financial discipline by monitoring performance against targets and recommending corrective actions.
- Support leadership in evaluating business initiatives through rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Continuously improve data accuracy reporting efficiency and analytical methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; CPA CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis business intelligence or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
