Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Registration & Customer Service Coordinator (Tagalog Speaker) to join a leading childrens entertainment and activity center in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily attendance managing registrations maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service to children and their families. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tagalog and English possess strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a family-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record the attendance of children participating in activities and programs.
  • Maintain accurate attendance logs registration records and membership information.
  • Track late arrivals absences and attendance trends and report them to management as required.
  • Assist with child check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with parents regarding attendance schedules and program updates.
  • Ensure all participant information is updated and accurately maintained in the system.
  • Prepare daily weekly and monthly attendance reports.
  • Support front desk operations including registration inquiries bookings and customer assistance.
  • Coordinate with activity coordinators and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle telephone calls emails and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in organizing events activities and special programs when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all participant records.




Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Education Hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in childrens centers educational facilities family entertainment venues nurseries or schools is an advantage.
  • Experience using attendance management or registration systems is preferred.
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced child-friendly environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
