Purpose
The Regional Director will drive commercial growth across the Middle East (ME) region combining a strong focus on new client acquisition with strategic portfolio management. This role opens new revenue streams expands Alphas ME footprint and deepens engagement with existing clients. The successful candidate will be a consultative insightled sales professional with strong financialservices acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse markets.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
Identify target and convert new ME clients using an insightdriven sales approach.
Build highquality pipelines supported by disciplined CRM use and strong forecasting.
Develop opportunities across new ME markets new products and emerging learning needs.
Lead endtoend pursuit activity including discovery scoping proposals pricing and negotiation.
Portfolio & Relationship Management
Manage a designated portfolio of existing ME clients to ensure sustained satisfaction and longterm growth.
Deepen relationships with Csuite and senior stakeholders using a consultative approach.
Identify and execute crosssell and upsell opportunities.
Conduct periodic business reviews to assess performance and expansion potential.
Commercial Excellence
Meet or exceed revenue acquisition and portfolio growth targets.
Produce compelling proposals and RFP responses tailored to ME client needs.
Maintain high standards of CRM discipline and commercial governance.
Contribute to competitive intelligence market insights and positioning strategies.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are impactful and scalable.
Partner with Marketing to refine collateral and campaigns.
Support continuous improvement and share commercial insights.
Key Skills & Experience
10 years experience in corporate sales business development or learning solutions.
Strong track record of winning new business in ME and managing senior relationships.
Expertise in consultative solutionsfocused selling.
Negotiation experience with complex commercial agreements.
High proficiency in pipeline discipline CRM and commercial reporting.
Excellent communication skills influencing senior stakeholders.
Adaptability learning agility and comfort in fastpaced environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset and selfstarter attitude.
