About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes within the real estate and property development sector. The role involves sourcing top talent coordinating interviews and supporting workforce expansion to meet business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales leasing and corporate roles. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide feedback and hiring recommendations to management. Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the real estate sector. Maintain positive candidate engagement and professional communication. Support recruitment marketing initiatives and job advertisements. Participate in job fairs and industry networking events when required. HR & Administrative Support Maintain recruitment trackers reports and candidate databases. Assist in preparing offer letters and employment documentation. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. 25 years of recruitment experience preferably within real estate or sales-driven industries. Experience hiring sales agents property consultants and support staff is an advantage.
