For Emiratis Only We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a welcoming demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors answering and directing phone calls managing appointments and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
1- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
3- Manage and schedule appointments meetings and conference rooms.
4- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
5- Receive and distribute mail packages and deliveries.
6- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
7- Provide administrative support to various departments including data entry filing and photocopying.
8- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1- High school diploma or equivalent.
2- Proven experience as a receptionist 2 to 3 years
3- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
4- Professional appearance and demeanor.
5- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
6- Strong organizational and time management skills.
7- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
