Job Description

- Welcoming customers and visitors by greeting them. Ensuring that the SOPs are followed.
- Familiarizing new members with where to find everything in the club including the bathrooms, the lockers rooms, etc. by conducting a tour for them in order to enhance their satisfaction and hence their retention.
- Conducting introductory tours to the potential customers; briefing them about the services provided in the club, showing them the facility and all machines and equipment used, while ensuring compliance to Leejam’s standards in that regard.
- Monitoring and evaluating customer experience through handling various methods for assessing satisfaction in order to spot areas of improvement.
- Participating in developing new concepts to enhance customers experience throughout all interaction points in addition to implementing these enhancement schemes and measuring their effectiveness.
