Job Description:
We are looking for a smart well-organized and cheerful individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a full-time entry-level position based at our office in Dubai Airport Free Zone. The role offers a permanent contract and requires daily on-site presence.
Manage Busy Reception:
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team members
Answer incoming calls transfer them as necessary and help schedule meetings
Receive couriers and distribute deliveries to relevant employees promptly
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels
Order and maintain office supplies and monitor stock levels
Provide general clerical support including filing document handling and simple information research
Provide Administrative Assistance:
Assist the Procurement team by raising RFPs (Requests for Purchase)
Handle online applications for DAFZA gate passes and permits
Assist the Administration Officer in organizing company events and activities
Provide backup support to the Administrative Officer and other secretarial staff during absences or leave
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Secretary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
Strong organizational numerical and logical skills
A university degree is preferred but not mandatory
Working knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
