Job Description

  • Designing, maintaining, implementing and amending business process requirement for the responsible business location / division / area in line with the functional, division, business area instructions
  • Monitoring and taking actions to achieve the local business quality KPIs targets set by the divisions management and discussing with the internal team as necessary to achieve the targets
  • Initiating and reporting quality improvement actions within the local business process to improve the process quality and related savings
  • Taking all necessary actions to resolve customer issues related to quality, customer warranty issues, coordinating with sub- suppliers, feeder factories to resolve the quality issues
  • Reporting quality related KPI monitored as required by the division / Hub, creating customer complaints in relevant portals and keeping track to resolve the issues
  • Conducting necessary supplier quality audits and reviewing and reporting their performance yearly and integrating HSE as an imperative measure in all quality Initiatives
  • Maintaining and organizing records, documentation, attending customer / supplier meetings related to QA/QC

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field: Engineering, Manufacturing Supply chain or similar with at least 8 years of work experience, with a significant number engaging in systemic continuous improvement
  • Preferred experience in an industry leading company with recognized excellence in lean Six Sigma, proficient with Microsoft Power Automate + SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI proficiency will be added advantage
  • SAP proficiency preferred or Experience with ERP Systems, utilizing methodologies for processes improvement and efficiency, agile methodology in problem solving and project execution, leading ISO audits and participating in ICV process including improvement plan follow up
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory
