- The Commercial Director is a charismatic, strategic leader responsible for driving the companies sales activities across the business and for developing plans for future business growth.
- They will develop and Drive Commercial Strategy by working closely with Sales & Marketing teams working in close collaboration with the COO.
- Leading with a clear vision they will navigate the market with a calm mindset and with focus on the end goal balancing pursuit of new engagements whilst managing risk to the business.
- The Commercial Director will be the link between the Board of Directors and the market with a constant eye on the business outlook proposing new strategies for market penetration as well as maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- The role will oversee the Sales Managers and guide them so key opportunities are targeted, and the business stays ahead of market trends.
- The role requires collaborative cross department relationships to ensure an aligned business vision and strategy and will work closely with the executive team.
- This position requires the employee to work on full-time basis from the company’s office in Sharjah and will require travel as needed to meet role requirements.
