Job Summary
Role Summary
We are hiring a QC Inspector GRE/GRP (Non Metallic) for Dubai location. The candidate should possess strong experience in GRP/GRE inspection activities erection works and quality control procedures within GCC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection of GRE/GRP piping and non-metallic systems
- Monitor erection and installation activities as per project specifications
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and client requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for inspections
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation
- Verify material quality dimensions and workmanship standards
- Support testing and commissioning activities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in GRE/GRP systems
- QC inspection experience in non-metallic piping projects
- Experience in erection and installation works
- Familiarity with GCC quality standards and procedures
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial projects
- CSWIP/NACE or related QC certifications preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in QC Inspection
- Hands-on experience in GRE/GRP piping projects mandatory
Education
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
