As a Property Management specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage residential and commercial properties effectively.

- Oversee tenant relations and proactively resolve any issues.

- Coordinate property maintenance activities and conduct regular inspections.

- Administer lease agreements, handle renewals, and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Monitor occupancy rates and optimize rental income generation.

- Prepare and present detailed property performance reports.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in property management.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

- Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations is a plus.
