- Research leads for potential collaborations and partnerships, and maintain an updated database/CRM on a daily basis
- Get in touch with leads & real estate agents to gather commercial information
- Identify potential partnerships and outline sustainable collaborations
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with key partners
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
- Coordinating with different teams to drive the project to completion
